Abstract

Productivity is an indicator of employee efficiency. The output of employees is evaluated to the overall average work task contributed to performing a comparable job. Employees are considered assets of an organization as much as the product or services and they can make or break the organization. Green Human Resource Management plays an important role in organizational sustainable development. Green Human resource management is keen to implement a healthy and green workplace for the workers to understand, respect, and practice green activities in order to achieve the company’s green goal of nourishing employee productivity for the well-being of their personnel, The objective of the study is to find the Impact of Green Human Resource Management Practices (Green Training and Development, Green Performance Management and Appraisal System & Green Reward and Compensation) on Employee Productivity. The result of this study found that Green Recruitment, Green Training and Development and Green Performance Management and Appraisal, Green Reward and Compensation, Green Career Management have significant impact on employee productivity, Hence GHRM is essential for the encouragement of employee performance and confidence and GHRM is beneficial for both employee and the organization. The study suggests that different reward strategies such as monetary or non-monetary benefits provided to the employees will enhance their productivity.
