Abstract
The adoption of Agile methodologies in project management has become increasingly prevalent in recent years due to its proven effectiveness in fostering adaptability and collaboration. Originally designed for smaller projects, Agile has garnered interest in its application to large-scale projects. This research paper examines the advantages and challenges of implementing Agile methodologies on large-scale projects in the context of software development and IT sectors.
